🚚 FindRetrosUK Shipping Policy

At FindRetrosUK, every order is packed with care and shipped out as quickly as possible. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.


1A1* — Processing Times

1A2* — All orders are processed within 1–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
1A3* — You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).
1A4* — During high-demand periods or new drops, please allow additional time for dispatch.


2B1* — Shipping Rates & Delivery

2B2* — UK Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.
2B3* — Standard delivery typically takes 1–5 working days after dispatch.
2B4* — Express or tracked delivery options may be available at checkout (subject to stock and carrier availability).
2B5* — International shipping is available on selected items — delivery times vary by destination.
2B6* — FindRetrosUK is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.


3C1* — Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order & Custom Items

3C2* — Some items may be made-to-order or pre-order. These products can take 2–6 weeks for production and delivery (refer to product description for specific timeframes).
3C3*Custom orders can take between 2–7 weeks for production and shipping, depending on design complexity and supplier workload.
3C4* — Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order/custom items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.


4D1* — Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

4D2* — Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
4D3* — If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 7 working days after placing your order, contact us at findretrosuk@gmail.com with your order number (Refer to POLICY# 1A2* / 2B3*).


5E1* — Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

5E2* — Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, FindRetrosUK cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
5E3* — If your parcel appears lost or delayed, contact the courier directly and then email us if unresolved.
5E4* — Claims for missing parcels must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


6F1* — Address Accuracy *IMPORTANT*

6F2* — Please double-check your delivery address before checkout. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be refunded or replaced.
