FindRetrosUK Return Policy

At FindRetrosUK, every piece is carefully sourced, reworked, and checked before shipping to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.

1A1* - Returns & Exchanges

1A2* - All sales are final (excludes 1A4*) — due to the nature of reworked and limited-stock items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

1A3* - Please check sizing and item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

1A4* - If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll rectify the issue as soon as possible (Refer to 1A2*/2B1*).

2B1* - Faulty or Wrong Item

2B2* - If you receive the wrong item or a faulty one (something that isn’t mentioned in the listing), please email findretrosuk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following for transparency (Refer to POLICY# 2B3* – 2B6*):

2B3* - Your order number
2B4* - Photos of the item
2B5* - Description of the issue
2B6* - Your full name and shipping address

2B7* - We’ll either send a replacement (if available) or arrange a return and refund.

3C1* - Returns Conditions

3C2* - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
3C3* - Any tags or packaging must still be attached.
3C4* - We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not reported upon delivery.

4D5* - Damaged goods not reported within 7 days of delivery
