Mercer Lighting began its journey under the name FindRetrosUK — a brand originally built from a deep passion for designer fashion, vintage culture, and premium goods.
What started as sourcing and selling carefully selected streetwear pieces quickly evolved into something far greater: a business built around quality, presentation, attention to detail, and understanding what truly makes premium products stand out.
Fashion was the beginning.
But the foundation behind the business came from somewhere much deeper.
For the past three years, alongside building FindRetrosUK, I have dedicated my life to working within the luxury designer lighting industry — an industry built around craftsmanship, precision, branding, customer experience, and premium standards at the very highest level.
At just 22 years old, I rapidly progressed into a Team Leader role within one of the world’s leading luxury designer lighting companies, helping oversee major operations within a globally recognised business trusted across high-end homes, luxury developments, interior designers, and premium commercial spaces worldwide.
This isn’t simply a standard retail or warehouse environment.
This is an industry where standards define everything.
